چکیده
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are synthetic polymeric structures that selectively recognize the molecule of interest which is as template. In contrast to antibodies, have certain limitations such high cost, time-consuming optimization, and need expert for antibody production, MIPs can be fabricated against many molecules has simple experiment procedure. Molecular imprinting been applied in areas biomedical analytical chemistry. The applications chromatography, solid-phase extraction, catalysis, sensor. utilizing enzyme-linked assays, sensors, vivo applications, drug delivery, cancer diagnostics named nanomedicine. widely used nanomedicine during last few years. Recent attempts creating hybrid nanomaterials combining with inorganic succeeded providing a wide range interesting new properties suitable (drug vitro imaging, treatments, combinations). this review, firstly we highlight preparing nanoMIPs. recent examples including biosensing, cell imaging summarized.

The Application of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers
Molecularly imprinted technology (MIT) has the characteristics of specificity and high selectivity, which is one of the most promising methodologies. Besides, the polymers are made using MIT as the functional material of solid-phase extraction and chromatographic fractionating and sensor, because of the characteristics of the high selectivity, the better stability and easy preparation. This rev...
متن کاملApplication of molecularly imprinted polymers in wastewater treatment: a review.
Molecularly imprinted polymers are synthetic polymers possessing specific cavities designed for target molecules. They are prepared by copolymerization of a cross-linking agent with the complex formed from a template and monomers that have functional groups specifically interacting with the template through covalent or noncovalent bonds. Subsequent removal of the imprint template leaves specifi...
متن کاملComputational Design of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers
Artificial receptors have been in use for several decades as sensor elements, in affinity separation, and as models for investigation of molecular recognition . Although there have been numerous publications on the use of molecular modeling in characterization of their affinity and selectivity, very few attempts have been made on the application of molecular modeling in computational design of ...
متن کاملCitrinin selective molecularly imprinted polymers for SPE.
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for citrinin (Cit) with 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNA) as mimic template were prepared and the molecularly imprinted SPE method was developed for the detection of Cit in rice with HPLC. The adsorption properties of HNA and Cit on the MIPs and nonimprinted polymers were investigated. It proved that MIPs showed higher selectivity adsorption to HNA and Cit t...
